Our group fitness classes are a fun and effective way to get in shape. We offer Boxfit and HIIT.
Box fit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8.30am and Tuesday and Thursday at 6am. Free for members and just $19.95 for casuals.
HIIT class is on Wednesday's at 6pm. $10 for members, $19.95 for casuals.
