We offer flexible membership options to fit your individual needs - weekly direct-debit, 3, 6 or 12 month full memberships with fob entry and entry from 5.00am to 8.30pm 7 days a week.

Members have fob entry access daily from 5am - 8.30pm.
Casual visits, 5 pass and 10 pass, are welcome during office hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 1pm Sunday (last entry at 12pm).
We are open 7 days a week!
Boxfit and HIIT classes are now on from 8.30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7am Tues and Thurs - FREE for members and just $19.95 for casual visitors and even less for pass holders.
Don't forget your towel, training shoes and proper gym etiquette.
